E-Smart Plug

E-Smart Plug is a smart plug for metering & control. This is part of home automation network to track the energy consumption of the power hungry home appliances and control for effective energy utilization. Tracking helps in deciding on the servicing / replacing of the appliance at appropriate time and analyzing overall power budget of the home. A configuration set in the Gateway can automatically power of the Smart Plug if the energy consumption goes above the threshold.
